Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions
• Document resident care and behavior in accordance with company policies
• Reliable transportation for each shift required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care, long term care, and/or memory care required
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independent
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and quick-thinking skills
